2. What we collect, why, and on what basis

The list below summarizes what we process, why, and the legal basis we rely on.

• Private Demo and Investor enquiries — name, work email, organization, role and the message you submit through our Private Demo or Investor form. Purpose: to evaluate and respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Private Demo), or our legitimate interest in evaluating and progressing investment relationships (Investor enquiries).
• Demo access — the username issued to you, the demo scope you were granted and a signed session token. Purpose: to authenticate your access to a demonstration you or your organization requested. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing controlled access to the specific demo you were invited to.
• Website operation and security — IP address, browser and device information, the page requested, timestamps, response status and security-relevant events. Purpose: to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working correctly.
• Analytics — pages viewed, interactions and technical details, collected only if you accept analytics cookies. Purpose: to understand how the site is used. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using Cookie settings.

3. The Private Demo and Investor forms (Forms.app)

The Private Demo and Investor forms are provided by Forms.app, an external form provider, and displayed on our site inside an embedded frame. When you submit one of these forms, your information is sent directly to Forms.app and is processed both under this policy and under Forms.app's own privacy policy and terms.

Forms.app presents its own cookie consent notice for these forms, in addition to this policy. When the form loads, Forms.app may also set its own cookies and load its own analytics and monitoring tools, governed by the choices you make in that notice and controlled by Forms.app, not by WeCITE. 4. Who we share data with

We share data with Forms.app (to receive and process Private Demo and Investor form submissions), Cloudflare (to deliver and protect the site), and, only if you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics through our cookie-consent tool. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the transfer safeguards each provider applies under its own terms.

6. How long we keep data

• Private Demo and Investor enquiries: for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, then deleted.
• Security and access logs: 90 days.
• Demo session token: up to 8 hours, set by the cookie's expiry.
• Language preference: up to 2 years, set by the cookie's expiry.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. 8. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence, place of work, or the place where the issue you are raising occurred.
